My photography captures both rural and urban environments, always with an eye for the subtle traces we leave behind, or human landscapes as I have labelled them. It’s about the spaces we shape — and are shaped by. It’s about the coexistence, often unnoticed, of people, place and nature. By seeking out these shared spaces, I hope to encourage a more thoughtful awareness of our surroundings — and a greater appreciation for the landscape as a living record of our presence.
